QMR Technology is used in several medical fields:
QMR TECHNOLOGY IN
The QMR Technology finds its application in the surgical field through Vesalius product line.
These electrosurgical devices are excellent tools that allow the surgeon to operate with the utmost precision and respect for biological structure of the tissue. The cutting function of soft tissue is provided at a temperature below 50 °C
Uniqueness
Unlike traditional Electro and Radio surgical devices, which base their operating principles on a simple transfer of thermal energy (heat generated by transition of electric current), Vesalius products use a special combination of different frequencies that cause a breakdown of molecular bonds at low temperature.
How does it work
Vesalius surgical units use extremely high frequencies (between 4MHz and 16MHz). The energy transmitted to the tissue interacts directly at the level of molecular bonds by splitting them in an athermic way.

The QMR Technology finds its application in physiotherapy through the product Q-Physio.
The main goal of the QMR therapy is a regeneration of damaged tissue obtained through the stimulation of adult stem cells.
Uniqueness
Why the heat doesn’t regenerate?
Most of the devices existing nowadays on the market transfer energy to the human body using light or electric currents at a certain frequency, producing the hyperthermia effect.
The increase in temperatures creates a vasodilation that brings more oxygen and nourishing material to the damaged tissue, leading to a repair and not a regeneration process of the biological tissue.
The repaired tissue replaces the damaged tissue with fibrous connective tissue (fibroblasts) which does not have the same shape or the functionality of the original biological tissue.
How to achieve tissue regeneration?
QMR Technology in
In Aesthetic Medicine the QMR Technology finds its application through the unique medical device Rexon-Age 3.
The therapy with the Rexon-Age 3 stimulates the regeneration of the underlying skin and muscle tissues, deteriorated by aging.
Uniqueness
Rexon-Age 3 is a unique technological innovation for the treatment of the face and body in a completely non-invasive way. Unlike many devices on the market that only produce a simple heating of the tissue, Rexon-Age 3 conducts the cellular stimulation, keeping the temperature low, thus avoiding any risks and side effects that excessive increase of temperature could result.
How to achieve tissue regeneration?
The main principle of QMR Technology is the use of different frequencies that are in resonance with biological tissue at molecular level. The overall action of a large number of frequencies is able to induce a very effective and deep stimulation.
The QMR high frequency electric field stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin fibers (main components of the extra-cellular matrix) by fibroblasts. The presence of these fundamental proteins in the dermis determines their level of tonicity and elasticity. Through the Rexon-age 3 treatment the skin is stimulated to increase the production of these important constituent proteins, the supportive structure of our skin.

Telea Biotech was founded in 2011. The company’s target is to provide scientific research and develop products in the field of Tissue Engineering.
Telea Biotech has already reached significant results by creating biological tissue that can be surgically implanted on patients. At the moment the research is focused on the regeneration of the esophagus and other types of biological tissue.

After a long scientific study conducted with high-level professionals and with the University of Verona, the Rexon-Eye medical device was designed for the treatment of dry eye pathology.
It is a non-invasive device based on the QMR Technology that provides durable treatment for all forms of dry eye syndromes.
